What the site does
The target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Each page uses one heading hierarchy in document order, a skip link to the main content as the first focusable element, and landmark regions for header, navigation, main content and footer. The menu, the accordion questions and the inspection form operate with a keyboard alone; focus is indicated by a visible outline. Text colors meet the Level AA contrast ratio against their backgrounds and the layout accommodates 200 percent text enlargement without loss of content. Every image carries alternative text, every form control carries a visible label, and no page imposes a time limit. No content flashes, and animation is disabled for visitors whose device requests reduced motion.
What is still missing
Some photographs show roof conditions, hail strikes or flashing details whose alternative text summarizes rather than fully describes them. The price tables are wide and scroll horizontally on narrow screens, which some screen readers announce awkwardly. Pages are checked by automated tools and by keyboard at each rebuild, but a new page may carry an error until it is caught. A report of any such problem is corrected where it can be.
